This Refund Policy governs all consulting services purchased on momentumconsultings.com. We are committed to fair and transparent treatment of all clients.
A full refund is available within 72 hours of purchase, provided that no consulting work has commenced (no stakeholder interviews conducted, no documents accessed, no analysis initiated). To request a full refund, email hello@momentumconsultings.com with your order reference number within the 72-hour window.
If consulting work has commenced, we will calculate a fair partial refund for the uncompleted portion of the engagement based on documented milestones and hours logged. A transparent breakdown of completed versus remaining work will be provided.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any deliverable, we will first offer a complimentary revision to address your specific concerns before considering any financial remedy. Our goal is always to deliver work that exceeds your expectations.
No refund is available after the Client has approved all deliverables for the engagement, or after 30 calendar days of non-response to our requests for deliverable review and approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Email confirmation is sent when the refund is initiated.
