Deliverables are provided via shared documents, presentations, financial models, and video advisory calls.
Completing the checkout process on our website creates a binding consulting engagement agreement. All payments are processed securely via Stripe in EUR. By completing checkout, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Enterprise clients on Velocity engagements may arrange milestone-based billing by prior written agreement. Full invoices are provided automatically via Stripe for all transactions.
All client business information, financial data, strategic plans, and engagement materials are treated as strictly confidential. Momentum Consultings operates under mutual non-disclosure obligations by default. Formal NDA documents are executed upon request before any sensitive information is exchanged. All team members are contractually bound by confidentiality obligations that survive the termination of their engagement with Momentum Consultings.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client owns all deliverables produced specifically for the engagement, including strategy documents, financial models, presentations, and written recommendations. Momentum Consultings retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates used in the delivery process. Momentum may reference the engagement in anonymised form in marketing materials unless the Client objects in writing prior to engagement commencement.
The Client agrees to provide requested business information, financial data, access to relevant stakeholders, and timely feedback within the timelines agreed in the engagement scope document. Client-side delays in providing required inputs will extend Momentum's delivery timeline proportionally, with written notification provided promptly.
Momentum Consultings' maximum aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from the engagement is limited to the total fee paid by the Client for the specific engagement in question. Momentum does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes including revenue targets, fundraising amounts, or market performance, as these depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, execution quality, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Work in progress at the time of termination is handled per our Refund Policy. Momentum reserves the right to terminate immediately if the Client engages in behaviour that is fraudulent, abusive, or in material violation of applicable law.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation administered by the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP). If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. The courts of Toulouse, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services. Last updated: March 2026.
